Meet Our Staff
Kate DeCiccio
Licensed Professional Counselor
Welcome! My passion is helping people from all walks of life find healing. I can help you move through your life story with skilled attention to the places that need compassion, clarity, and growth.
Through our work together, I help you embrace grief, honor loss, recover from burnout, learn restorative soul care, and relate better with others. My aim is to guide the healing process through the whole integrated self. This includes mind, body, and spirit. I also offer integrated Christian counseling with tools from biblically sound sources.
After graduating from Liberty University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program, I became a Nationally Board Certified Counselor, and a Certified Trauma Professional. I provide trauma-informed care. This integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT, IFS, relational mapping, and somatic interventions.
Together, we can uncover experiences that have scripted unhealthy thought, emotional, and behavior patterns. In this space you can learn ways to move forward with new strength and purpose. Through inner work based in acceptance and compassion, you can develop a healthier life mentally, emotionally, and relationally.

Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
Hello and welcome to Seasons Wellness!
I believe we all need support at some point in our lives, and it is my passion to walk the healing journey with you.
I am fluent in English and Spanish, as I was born and raised in Guatemala, and have made Connecticut my home for the last 22 years. As a first-generation immigrant, I understand the challenges of immigration, adapting to new cultures and environments, language barriers, and generational trauma.

I specialize in sexual abuse, grief and loss, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors. My therapeutic approach includes trauma-focused, Adlerian, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), and Christian counseling, all while integrating the creative process of change.

My hope is that in the therapy room you feel safe, seen, and accepted as we collaborate in your healing process.
