How do I start therapy with Seasons Wellness Group?
The first step is a brief phone consultation where we can discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit. From there, we will schedule an initial assessment to dive deeper into your history and create a compassionate, individualized treatment plan.
Do you accept insurance or offer out-of-network details?
Depending on your clinician, check to see if we accept your insurance. If we are out-of-network for your insurance providers, we can supply you with a 'superbill' that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement based on your specific plan. We accept HSA and FSA cards for out of pocket payment.
What is the difference between telehealth and in-person care?
Both options provide evidence-based, trauma-informed support. Telehealth offers the convenience of meeting from your own safe space within Connecticut via a secure platform. While in person care has advantages, telehealth is convenient without compromising quality of care.
What is your cancellation policy?
We value the therapeutic process and hold your scheduled time specifically for you. We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. This consistency helps maintain the momentum of our work together and respects the clinical commitment to your healing.
